Bouquet (Riad Medina) Zellij Mosaic Tile – Handmade

Product Description

The Bouquet, also known as the Riad Medina Mosaic, is a traditional Zellij design crafted by Moroccan artisans. Each piece begins as glazed Fez clay, kiln-fired for strength and color depth. Using a metal hammer and chisel (Menkash), artisans hand-cut the clay into small pieces and carefully assemble them by hand into the Bouquet pattern.

This design can be ordered in two styles:

• Traditional installation with a top and bottom border and a mosaic framing liner, supplied with a complete layout tailored to your space.

• Modern installation with the mosaic only, framed by a simple 1" liner for a clean, contemporary look.

Tiles are assembled in 20.5" non-grouted interlocking panels with a standard thickness of 5/8" (1.5 cm). Grout is applied on site after installation for a seamless finish.

Available in all standard glaze colors and combinations, this mosaic is made to order. We provide a layout for color distribution to ensure a balanced and harmonious installation. Suitable for backsplashes, bathroom wainscot, showers, accent walls, and decorative features.
